Currently Managing Director and Principal Officer of NCBA Bancassurance Intermediary Limited, a regulated subsidiary of NCBA Group PLC, with executive leadership responsibility across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda.
Demonstrated track record of transforming businesses through disciplined strategy execution, digital innovation, customer-centric growth and operational excellence. Successfully led sustained profitability growth, regional expansion, governance enhancement and digital transformation while building high-performing leadership teams and strategic partnerships that create long-term shareholder value.

He is also a minister of the Gospel and a life coach, serving leaders and teams through faith-rooted mentoring and personal development.
